I ride by Contigo on the 24 bus now and then and wonder what's going on inside. I can't wait to eat there! :D

Great post, Brett! You really capture the chaos around opening a new business. Don't worry much about not passing plumbing/electrical inspections on the first shot - most projects don't.

We've been walking by a lot and the place looks beautiful. We've held off taking any pictures - you can promote as you wish - but we've wanted to share how nice it is!! Get a few pictures up! :)

Are you going to be using one of those systems where you bottle your own chilled still and sparkling water? If so, did you purchase it or are do you have a monthly plan?
