Our Chef featured in the Wall Street Journal

In 2014 Chef Brett spoke with the Wall Street Journal's Kitty Greenwald about his inspiration behind several Contigo spring favorites. In the four-part "Slow Food Fast" series he shared recipes for our chicken and mushroom arròs caldóshalibut with Meyer lemon mojo verdesmashed pea toast and seared caña de cabra goat cheese salad.
